John - nice work here man. I am an avid climber from a distant climbing past looking to renew my climbing career with my wife and 9 year old daughter here in the Mid Island. My goal is to do a route in Squamish that I missed during my prime. The Grand. I plan on doing this the summer of 2010 and will be 50 years old. The Comox Lake Crag area looks like the perfect training ground and I look forward to the first time I see you out there. We have done some routes already but have not found the Lifestyles Crag where my daughter really needs to be. Getting the guide from Valhala a soon as we can. Keep up the great work and see you out there!!!! - Marty and family
The lifestyles Crag is quite high above the lake, about a 10 min walk from the car. I could show you guys 1 day.

Thanks!! We found Life Styles with the GREAT guide and my daughter (age 9) made it half way up Couch Potatoe. I soloed the route to set the anchor. We are in business. You will be seeing alot more or our marry band up there. Look for the white and black Jack Russell (Jewel) and the trio of crazy climbers. - Marty
